How do I integrate my tee sheet with the Zest.Golf Channel Manager?

Integration is easy; simply contact your tee-sheet provider and let them know you would like to connect your tee-sheet to the Zest.Golf Channel Manager. If required, Zest will then provide them with the necessary documentation to connect. Once the connection is in place, a quick background test will be undertaken to ensure everything is working smoothly and you are then ready to sell tee times through the distribution channels you value.

How does the payment system work?

As the Zest.Golf Channel Manager connects to your current tee sheet, the payment process you already have in place with your tee sheet provider will continue. Zest will then invoice your club on a monthly basis for the €1 fee per players booked.

Do Zest take a €1 fee from all bookings made?

Zest only ever charge a €1 fee per player for bookings made using the Zest.Golf Channel Manager. Zest will never charge for tee-time bookings via other channels e.g. directly through your own website or third party re-selling platforms.

Can I refer distribution channels I’d like to sell tee-times through?

Absolutely. Just email them and request they register at our website - we will then send them the necessary documentation to connect.

What happens if my tee sheet provider say they won't allow my golf course to connect to Zest.Golf?

This is unlikely given the tee times belong to your golf course, not the tee sheet provider. You own the tee times, meaning you have the right to sell these through the channels you feel provide the greatest benefit to your golf course. If the tee sheet provider resists your request, please let us know and we can discuss with them directly.
